So my goal for the next couple weeks/months is to be able to flip this tire! which about 350lbs. I’ve been going to the UFC gym for about the passed 2 weeks. 
first week i tried lifting it and i could barely get it off of the ground. few days later, i prolly got it up about a few inches off the ground. second week, i got it up almost half way up! I’m almost there! x] 
workout goal is to burn fat. tone up. 
diet plan is all meat/no carbs. like literally. started plan today. let’s see how far this will last.
